Freelance Project Manager

Summary

Join Klick Health as a Project Management Office (PMO) team member, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver high-value programs and projects. This role involves coordinating project management activities, managing multiple projects in parallel, and coaching project coordinators.

Requirements

• Strong client service mindset, in both delivery and solutions
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficient with project management tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Projects, Smartsheets, TFS, Jira, financial processing / tools

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and leads project management activities across various teams
• Understands and applies risk mitigation
• Partners with the Client Services leads to understand and support the client business
• Leads up to €1 million in revenue and manages multiple projects in parallel
• Manages scope, risk, schedule, budget, quality, and communication
• Manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in change management strategies and systems’ implementations
• Agency experience and pharma experience are major bonus points
• Experience in digital, CRM, software development, digital/interactive and/or new media projects
• Understanding of both waterfall + agile methodologies
• Post secondary Education
• 1+ years of project management experience
