Requirements

- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a remote setting
Responsibilities
- Task Assignment: Strategically assign tasks on monday.com based on team member skills, availability, and task requirements
- Skill-Based Matching: Review team skill sets to align tasks with the strengths of each member, maximizing efficiency and ensuring high-quality outputs
- Real-Time Adjustments: Continuously assess and redistribute tasks as project needs shift, handling urgent or re-prioritized tasks effectively
- Capacity Monitoring: Regularly evaluate the workload across the team to maintain a balanced workflow, avoiding both under- and over-utilization of resources
- Stress Management: Identify early signs of workload strain and adjust allocations to prevent burnout. Encourage open communication for team members to discuss capacity concerns
- Flexible Scheduling : Coordinate flexible schedules for the team to optimize productivity, especially in high-demand periods or during overlapping projects
- Deadline-Driven Prioritization: Set priority levels based on project deadlines, ensuring that urgent tasks are completed first while long-term goals are consistently addressed
- Client Needs Alignment: Factor in client requirements and urgency levels when prioritizing tasks, adapting to any shifts in client demands
- Capacity-Adjusted Priorities: Regularly review team capacity to make real-time adjustments, keeping high-priority tasks on track without overwhelming team members
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the main contact for communication between SEO, Development, Creative, and PPC teams, facilitating smooth workflows and minimizing delays
- Stakeholder Updates: Provide regular progress updates to relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment on resource availability and any potential bottlenecks
- Feedback Integration: Gather and relay feedback from team members and stakeholders, adjusting processes to address issues and improve overall communication efficiency
- Task Completion Monitoring: Track the completion rate of tasks, identifying patterns that indicate delays or frequent bottlenecks
- Productivity Metrics: Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team productivity and identify areas for potential improvement
- Issue Resolution: Identify and proactively resolve recurring issues that impact task completion rates, fostering a smoother workflow
- Resource Utilization Reports: Prepare and analyze reports on resource usage, providing insights on allocation efficiency and team performance
- Forecasting Future Needs: Anticipate future resource needs based on project pipelines, adjusting plans to ensure readiness for upcoming tasks and projects
- Stakeholder Communication: Share reports with stakeholders, offering transparency into team performance and resource management
- Efficiency Audits: Regularly review existing resource management processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Implement Best Practices: Introduce new practices to enhance task assignment, communication, and prioritization, refining approaches as team needs evolve
- Continuous Feedback Loop: Collect ongoing feedback from team members to improve processes, adjusting for enhanced productivity and resource management
