Requirements

• Fluent English
• Experience in Tech Recruitment, preferred in positions for the High Tech industry
• Able to recruit complex and senior profiles
• Experienced in Hunting processes
• Ability to interpret technical requirements
• Domain of Interview Techniques
• Excellent communication skills
• Sales mindset

Responsibilities

• Interpret job descriptions
• Create links between job descriptions, client's business, and candidate profiles
• Expertise in hunting top skilled professionals around EU to fill out openings in our clients
• Assess the requirements through detailed interview process
• Provide detailed analysis about suitable candidates
• Build a constant pipeline with weekly submissions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in relocating candidates between countries
• Technical academic background in ICT or Engineering
• Previous experience as Freelance Recruiter
