Summary

The Freelance Talent Partner at pplwise supports growing technology companies in Europe by helping them achieve their recruiting goals. In the first two weeks, the Talent Partner will be onboarded and gain an understanding of the company's vision, strategy, culture, and roles. After that, they will begin delivering their roles, building pipelines, and reporting insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in scaling tech startups and/or scale ups
• Understanding of the challenges and setup of tech organizations in different growth phases
• Ability to make decisions based on data and facts
• Stakeholder satisfaction is your top priority
• Be ambitious and collaborative, which are core elements of our culture
• Excellent German language skills to effectively serve our German-speaking customers
• Excellent English language skills for internal communication and international clients

Responsibilities

• Support startups, scale-ups, and publicly traded growth companies in achieving their recruiting goals
• Be proactive and excellent in stakeholder management to fulfill the role as a strategic partner
• Create and set up Recruiting-Forecasts and choose appropriate recruiting channels and strategies
• Care for roles end-to-end in the areas of Go-To-Market, Tech & Product, General & Admin or Operations and prioritize a good candidate experience
