Join our team at Digital Media Management, a Keywords Studios company, as we are looking for a talented Video Editor to push creative boundaries and produce original content for entertainment and gaming clients. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for facilitating video material creation, balancing color and audio, managing deadlines, and self-managing workloads around tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a video editor
• Advanced knowledge of Mac OS and Adobe Creative Cloud apps including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Media Encoder and After Effects as well as 3rd party software
• Ability to self-manage and organize workloads around tight deadlines
• Knowledge about different social media and digital video platforms and how videos work on each
• Proactive, positive team player attitude, with the ability to help guide projects from ingest to delivery
• Flexibility to adapt with changing timelines and deliverables
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of editing workflows
• A sharp eye for timing with an ability to 'wow' both clients and colleagues alike

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the creation of video materials by collaborating efficiently with all departments
• Work closely with our creative team to deliver content that will exceed our client's expectations and meet industry standards
• Balance and grade color, and mix and level audio within Adobe Premiere
• Oversee and maintain the content ingest, archive, and storage processes
• Manage deadlines and project manage effectively
• End-to-end video editing of unscripted and scripted content, ensuring alignment with entertainment industry trends
• Quickly assemble edits and implement notes from creatives and clients
• Ability to self-manage and organize workloads around tight deadlines
• Create content as needed for various social media platforms
• Organize and effectively manage video footage library
• Transform existing client creative into assets for DMM case studies and new business opportunities within the entertainment and/or gaming sectors
