About the Role

We are seeking a mid-level video editor to collaborate on an ongoing project aimed at enhancing the social media presence for a client. The goal is to elevate the quality of video content to attract a wider audience and boost engagement. This role is flexible, with remote work and a few hours required periodically. The ideal candidate has experience in creating visually engaging, shareable content for social media and is adaptable to different styles. After an initial conversation, specific examples and guidelines will be provided to align with the brand’s vision.

• Proven experience in video editing, especially for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Ability to elevate content quality with engaging cuts, transitions, effects, and color grading
• Familiarity with trends in influencer marketing and social media engagement
• Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively
• Flexibility to work a few hours at a time, with no strict project deadline
• Portfolio or examples of previous social media-focused video edits
