Remote Freelancer Search Consultant

Summary

HireIO is seeking 10 Freelancer-Search Consultants worldwide to collaborate with their U.S. recruitment team, identifying and engaging top talent through innovative sourcing strategies and building a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Search Consultant or similar role in a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean searches, social media platforms, and professional networks, experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, other social media, or technical forums

Responsibilities

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
• Conduct thorough market research to understand talent pools and identify key sourcing channels
• Reach out to potential candidates through personalized and effective communication methods
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and cultural fit
• Maintain and update a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current job openings
• Ensure the weekly delivery of 20 resumes, with at least 10 candidates scoring 7 or 8, ready for resume submission (RSO)
• Work closely with the recruitment team, especially the Project Manager, to align sourcing efforts with overall recruitment strategies

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills (attention to details) are highly preferred
