Join our team as a freelance developer to assist with the design, development, testing, and implementation of customized Drupal websites for Georgia Tech Professional Education.

Requirements

• Several years of experience programming in Drupal 7
• Installing, updating, and maintaining modules
• Planning and developing custom Drupal 7 modules
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in Drupal Commerce module
• In-depth knowledge of the Drupal hooks system, Form API, Batch API, Entity API, Field API
• Solid PHP and MySQL experience

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement customized Drupal websites
• Install, configure, and create Drupal modules
• Modify baseline modules to meet client needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and work well with others
• Apache SOLR search tool
• Basic web authoring languages such as XHTML, CSS/SaSS, JavaScript/JQuery, etc
• Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and bug fixing using web services, APIs, XML, REST, SOAP, WSDL, etc. for data exchange and integration
• Version control (Git)
• Code testing (unit testing, acceptance testing, TDD, BDD)
• Ability to write and maintain database stored procedures using MySQL, or SQL Server
