Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, supply chain management, or a related field
- Proven experience in EDI implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of EDI standards and protocols (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT)
- Proficiency in EDI mapping tools and software (e.g., Gentran, Sterling Integrator)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess client EDI requirements to determine the most suitable solutions
- Configure and implement EDI systems and mapping rules
- Test and validate EDI transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI systems and processes to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Update and maintain EDI maps and configurations as needed
- Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders regarding EDI-related matters
- Manage and maintain EDI data files and databases
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to EDI
- Ensure compliance with EDI standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, IT, customer service) to ensure seamless EDI integration
- Work closely with clients and carriers to address EDI-related concerns
