Front End Developer

Summary

Join Health-E Commerce as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Front End Developer and be responsible for developing and maintaining new features/functions using SFCC, including data integration between operational systems. You will produce quality, on-budget, and on-schedule solutions, creatively solve complex problems, and develop on the SFCC platform with a multi-site SFRA architecture. The role requires creating pixel-perfect representations of designs across browsers, optimizing front-end performance, and contributing to internal development process improvements. Compensation is $100,000-$130,000 plus a discretionary annual bonus of up to 10%. The position is 100% remote within the US and requires EST work hours.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years hands on experience using React
• Minimum of 1 years experience in SFCC
• Minimum 4 years hand on experience with front-end development skills including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, AJAX
• Understanding of developing for responsive designs
• Debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Software development experience with direct Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience (Commerce Cloud certification preferred) and eCommerce feeds and integrations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with teammates and clients
• MVVC and/or AMD/CommonJS JavaScript patterns
• Must be able to work EST hours

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain new features/functions utilizing SFCC, as well as the data integration between our operational systems
• Produce quality, on-budget, and on-schedule solutions on projects
• Creatively solve complex problems
• Development on the SFCC platform, with a multi-site SFRA architecture
• Create pixel perfect representations, across browser types, of design files delivered in Sketch or Photoshop
• Tackle continuous front end performance optimization
• Contribute to internal initiatives such as improving our development processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JQuery, documentSelectors Vanilla JS, NodeJS
• Understanding of Grid Principles
• Understanding of techniques and tools for pixel perfect development
