Summary

Join Qustodio, a global leader in online safety, as a Frontend Engineer to enhance their product. Collaborate with engineers, UX experts, and stakeholders to build and evolve frontend infrastructure, tools, and components. The ideal candidate is experienced with JavaScript frameworks (React), JavaScript toolchains, testing, and Git. Requirements

  • You aspire to create software that wows people
  • You build solutions that aim for the best product usability
  • You are very experienced with JavaScript frameworks (we work with React)
  • You're self-sufficient with JavaScript toolchains
  • Testing is a first-class citizen for you
  • You’re experienced in software versioning control with Git
  • Fluency in English (we work in English)

Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve shared frontend infrastructure, tools, and components that enable product teams to move faster and deliver high-quality user experiences
  • Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, designers, and stakeholders to identify common needs and provide scalable, reusable solutions
  • Act as a technical partner to other teams by advising on best practices, architecture decisions, and performance optimizations
  • Drive experimentation and continuous improvement through internal tools, automation, and frameworks
  • Be creative and bold to experiment with new solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • You've grown fond of TypeScript's safety
  • You have worked before with a server-side language like Python or PHP
  • You are familiar with hybrid mobile apps
  • You enjoy improving the development experience for you and your team
  • You have experience in an agile workflow, like Kanban
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Communication with non-technical people
  • Innovative thinking, result oriented, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, collaborative, and autonomous mindset
