Frontend Developer

Requirements

• Possesses proven work experience as a Frontend Developer, with a minimum of 2 years on frontend projects using reactive frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
• Demonstrates a strong grasp of Javascript (ES6) and pays attention to software architecture, web performance, testing, and security
• Writes robust, modular, scalable, and testable Javascript and CSS in JS code
• Holds expertise and experience across the entire frontend stack: HTML5, CSS, Web API, toolchains, and build tools (Webpack, Rollup, esbuild, etc.), along with developer workflows
• Has knowledge of React, and the ability to build a project from the ground up (npx create-react-app my-app is not sufficient!)
• Pays meticulous attention to graphical and code details when creating new features or refining existing ones (we scrutinize down to the single pixel!)
• Has knowledge of Design System and the ability to create Components knowing its fundamentals
• Is fluent in Italian and can communicate in English at least at an intermediate level

Responsibilities

• Actively participating in designing, implementing, and supporting the development, optimization, testing, and monitoring of systems for new features in web/mobile applications used by millions of users daily
• Collaborating within a cross-functional team composed of developers, designers, UX specialists, testers, and product owners, where your insights are valued and incorporated
• Translating company and customer needs into functional and visually appealing interactive web designs and applications
