Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
• Deep experience with ReactJS and its ecosystem (including Redux and React Query)
• Knowledge of real-time communication tools such as WebSockets and message brokers like RabbitMQ
• Hands-on experience with Material UI (MUI) and custom theming
• Proven ability to convert Figma designs to JSX with high visual and functional fidelity
• Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience using Git and Git-based collaboration workflows
• Proficiency in unit testing and test-driven development principles
• Worked with teams before using an agile methodology (Scrum or Kanban)
• Perfect Quality code and front-end integration
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and tight timelines

Responsibilities

• Convert visual designs into responsive, pixel-perfect JSX components
• Build and maintain scalable front-end applications using React, MUI, Redux, and React Query
• Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests using tools such as Jest or React Testing Library
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features
• Maintain a clean and well-structured codebase with Git and code reviews
• Optimize application performance and handle browser-specific behavior
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and propose improvements where needed
• Using project management software to track and report on projects
• Contribute to the growth of Lucidya through interviewing, on-boarding, or other recruitment efforts
