Frontend Developer - Marketing Optimization

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of professional frontend development experience
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tanstack Query, Redux and React
• Marketing Experience: Previous experience working with marketing or growth teams on campaign-related updates
• Analytics Tools: Comfortable integrating with analytics platforms, tag managers, and A/B testing tools
• Independent Work: Ability to work autonomously and deliver quickly in an async, global team environment
• Attention to Detail: Proven ability to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI implementations

Responsibilities

• Implement UI updates including banners, pop-ups, modals, and announcement bars to support marketing campaigns
• Update copy and components across homepage and product surfaces using React/ js
• Collaborate with design team to create visually polished landing pages and campaign modules
• Integrate tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and analytics tools to measure campaign performance
• Work closely with marketing team to QA and deploy time-sensitive changes
• Maintain clean, modular, and reusable code that scales with our growing needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React Query for state management
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and/or styled-components
• Understanding of web performance optimization
• Experience in the crypto/DeFi space
• Knowledge of conversion optimization principles
