Frontend Engineer

Summary

Join Mobility Capital Finance Inc. as a Frontend Engineer and contribute to the development and maintenance of user interfaces that enhance user experience and optimize applications. You will collaborate with product and design teams, translating wireframes and prototypes into high-quality code. This remote role offers the opportunity to work on a dynamic team within the financial technology industry, developing and implementing user-facing features and improving overall user experience. You will work with modern web technologies and collaborate with designers and backend engineers. The salary range is $100,000-$140,000, based on experience and location. Requirements

• Strong knowledge of semantic HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Familiarity with responsive design/development and mobile-web best practices
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), package managers (e.g., npm), and build tools (e.g., webpack)
• Familiarity with WordPress
• Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques
• Basic understanding of iOS/Android development and integration with SDKs
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong sense of responsibility; driving a projects to completion
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; Must be permanently based in the United States

Responsibilities

• Develop and test user interfaces & front-end integrations that enable us to deliver our mission
• Participate in shaping the technical architecture of the product
• Help translate product requirements into technical solutions
• Deliver highly available and scalable services in a production environment
• Generate ideas for new initiatives and technologies
• Communicate with project counterparts and other software developers to deliver solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine designs, work through code reviews and manage pull request
