Frontend Engineer

Summary

Join OpenPhone as a Frontend Engineer and contribute to building and enhancing our innovative communication platform used by thousands of businesses daily. You'll work within one of our specialized engineering teams focusing on communication, data and insights, or workflow automation. We utilize a modern tech stack including React, TypeScript, and MobX. The role requires experience with React and TypeScript, problem-solving skills, and a focus on user experience. Requirements

• Have experience working with React & Typescript
• Enjoy solving problems and collaborating with others to design & build a delightful end user experience
• Have some experience with web performance, observability, and accessibility
• Take ownership of your work and understand the importance of communication
• Hold yourself to a high standard and help empower others to do the same
• Be intentional about how your work impacts customers, the community, and each other
• Practice empathy, generosity, and thoughtfulness as you evaluate tradeoffs in pursuit of the best solution

• Annual base salary range of $174,000 - $193,000 CAD
