Summary

Join Sunscrapers, a technology consultancy empowering finance and healthcare leaders, as a Frontend Developer. You will craft beautiful UIs and style web applications using Tailwind CSS, develop and maintain dynamic web applications using HTMX with the Django framework, and implement and integrate compound web components. Collaboration with designers and backend engineers is key to ensuring implementation meets requirements. This role requires proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and possesses a strong sense of aesthetics. Requirements

  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS
  • Good knowledge of Tailwind CSS
  • Proficiency in JavaScript
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English, at least C1
  • Attention to detail and sense of aesthetics, from clean code to beautiful UI

Responsibilities

  • Crafting beautiful UI and styling the web application using Tailwind CSS
  • Develop and maintain dynamic web applications using HTMX with the Django framework
  • Implementing and integrating more compound web components
  • Ensure consistent application of UX best practices to deliver intuitive and user-centered interfaces
  • Close collaboration with the team (Designer and Backend Engineer) to make sure implementation meets requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Being familiar with any of established design systems
  • Familiarity with Flowbite or alternative design systems
  • Experience with tools like Figma
  • Basic understanding of HTMX library
  • Experience with frontend frameworks like Alpine.js, React or Vue
  • Experience with backend templating systems like Django, Rails or PHP
  • Experience with using Docker and Docker Compose
  • Experience in creating automated tests (unit or e2e)
