Frontend Engineer

Join our team and help us democratize product creation! We're looking for a front-end engineer to develop web applications based on React, analyze client application requirements, design UI components, and build an efficient framework for development.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience as a front-end engineer
• 5 years+ of experience in React, TypeScript, etc
• Experience in standardization and OSS activities
• Experience in working as a Tech Lead/ Manager
• Working experience as an Individual Contributor
• Strong empathy with Tailor's Mission
• Japanese written and verbal communication skills (JLPT N2)

Responsibilities

• Developing React components
• Designing and improving the UI of Tailor PF
• Analyzing client application requirements
• Building an efficient framework for development
