Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience developing web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like React
- Strong understanding of frontend engineering fundamentals including state management, API integration, component composition, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with TypeScript, CSS-in-JS, and accessibility best practices
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and communicating effectively in a remote environment
- A growth mindset and a desire to learn, iterate, and improve the team and product
- Enthusiasm for improving how software is delivered at scaleβwhether through automation, standardization, or empowering engineering teams with better tools and practices
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build user-facing features that support automation, standardization, and release governance
- Build scalable, performant, and accessible UI components in our design system using React and TypeScript
- Contribute to the architecture and technical decisions that shape our frontend systems
- Improve the usability and reliability of key product surfaces such as workflows, dashboards, approval systems, and integrations with enterprise systems
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, and participate in code reviews to uphold a high bar for quality
- Partner with support and customer-facing teams to understand customer pain points and turn them into elegant solutions
