Requirements

• 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record building enterprise-grade products with complex requirements and long-term maintainability
• Solid CS Fundamentals: Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles
• Frontend Expertise: Deep experience with modern frameworks like React , Vue , or similar, and strong proficiency in TypeScript
• State Management Skills: Expertise in tools like Redux , Pinia , or VueX , including handling persistence, concurrency, and large datasets
• Full Stack Capabilities: Familiarity with backend systems and APIs (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar), and an understanding of how data flows from backend to frontend
• Experience with Complex Apps: Background in building “desktop-class” web applications with significant state, business logic, and UI complexity
• Data Tooling Interest: Passion for tools that support data engineering, visualization, and analysis
• User-First Mindset: Dedication to creating responsive, intuitive interfaces that users love
• Curiosity & Initiative: Interest in advanced topics (e.g., graph data, domain-specific languages, type theory) and a drive to keep learning
