Full-Stack Engineer

Join GlobalPassport™, a company building a platform for international mobility, as a Full-Stack Engineer. You will be part of an eight-person team based in Brazil and Argentina, building a high-growth product focused on user experience and data insights. Key responsibilities include developing modules for profile building, document management, application tracking, data visualization, and system integrations. Requirements

• Strong experience with React and TypeScript
• Expertise in building responsive, accessible web applications
• Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., Recharts)
• Proficiency with Tailwind CSS and component libraries like shadcn/ui
• Node.js and Express.js experience
• Expertise in database design and optimization (PostgreSQL)
• Experience building secure document storage systems
• Knowledge of API design and RESTful services
• Experience with cloud storage solutions for secure document management
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Familiarity with containerization and deployment
• Strong attention to detail, especially regarding data security
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code
• Experience building user-friendly interfaces for complex workflows
• Commitment to writing well-tested, production-ready code
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote team
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain our Profile Builder module, including interactive eligibility assessments and the GPAM Index calculator
• Develop our Vital Records Management system for secure document upload, storage, and verification
• Create and enhance our Application Manager module for monitoring application progress and milestone tracking
• Implement interactive visualizations for mobility scores, application progress, and portfolio analysis
• Build integrations with document verification services and government databases
• Develop advanced search and filtering capabilities for our mobility asset database

Preferred Qualifications

• Track record of building secure, compliant systems
• Experience with AI/ML integration for document processing
• Experience building document management platforms
• Background in fintech or other regulated industries (ideal)
