Summary

Join Panoptyc, a rapidly growing, fully remote company using AI and manual review to detect theft, as a Fulfillment Specialist! You will ensure seamless order processing and delivery, providing exceptional customer support from order placement to location onboarding. This role demands strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach. You will process orders, onboard customers, communicate with customers, resolve problems, and collaborate with various teams. The position is full-time, requires US Eastern Time Zone availability, and offers an hourly rate of $3 USD.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders through various channels (phone, email, online platforms). Ensure accuracy and completeness of order details
• Ensure locations are accurately and promptly onboarded once a customer installs cameras
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to order status, shipping updates, and customer journey information. Respond promptly and professionally to resolve any issues or concerns
• Address customer complaints or escalations regarding shipping delays, order inaccuracies, location onboarding delays. Investigate issues thoroughly and work towards a satisfactory resolution for the customer
• Collaborate with various teams including customer service, Loss Prevention, and Sales to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, order fulfillment, or related fields
