Full Stack Developer

Join Brevo's AI Lab as a Full Stack Engineer and build AI-powered features for our leading CRM suite. You will design, develop, and maintain web applications leveraging LLMs, agents, and automation. Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in a Fullstack engineering role, with expertise in Saas environments
• You are used to work in startups and fast paced environments
• You know how to craft and take shortcuts to bring max impact with the right amount of effort
• You have a good understanding of the AI landscape. You are up to date on the topic and eager to learn more every day
• Continuously seek opportunities to learn, question the applicability of past approaches in the current environment, own growth, and embrace failure as a learning opportunity

Responsibilities

• Build and Deploy AI-Powered Features: Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications that leverage AI (LLMs, agents, automation) to deliver innovative solutions for Brevo’s customers
• Prototype and Experiment: Rapidly create and iterate on prototypes for new AI-driven features (chatbots, smart assistants, automations) to validate ideas and bring them to production
• Ensure Quality and Scalability: Transform validated prototypes into robust, scalable, and secure products using modern development best practices (CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews)
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, data, and design teams to deliver user-centric features and support the integration of AI across Brevo’s platforms
• Tech Watch & Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest in AI and web development. Share insights and drive technical excellence within the team
