Full Stack Engineer

Requirements

• Possess 1+ years of professional experience in software development
• Have a strong foundation of programming concepts, object-oriented design and data structures
• Be proficient in at least one programming language, such as Java or JavaScript
• Demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks quickly
• Have familiarity with cloud platforms or deployment processes (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Docker)
• Possess basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Possess strong communication and collaboration skills for working in a team environment
• Be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a full-lifecycle DevOps team
• Assist in estimating, designing, developing, and testing optimized features for deployment
• Enhance your skills while identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the optimization of systems that enhance partner integration, system stability, security, and data integrity

Preferred Qualifications

• Understand front-end development principles and have experience working with frameworks like React or Angular
• Be familiar with back-end development, including RESTful APIs and frameworks like Spring Boot or similar
• Have experience with version control systems like Git
• Have knowledge of Agile or Scrum development methodologies
• Have exposure to full stack development across both front-end and back-end systems
• Have experience working with the government, specifically with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
