Full Stack Engineer

Summary

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.)
• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Due to the nature of the work we support, all candidates in consideration for this role must be U.S. Citizens willing to undergo the government issued background investigation process

Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications, including both frontend and backend components
• Infrastructure as Code: Manage and automate infrastructure using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• CI/CD Pipelines: Build, test, and deploy applications using CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI
• Cloud Platforms: Leverage cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP to deploy and manage applications
• Database Design and Management: Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Security: Implement security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection
• Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with serverless architectures and cloud-native development
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, infrastructure as code)
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
