Requirements

  • You have built multiple React apps over the last 2-3 years
  • You have experience with a backend technology such as Node or Django
  • You understand the value of writing clean, maintainable software, including documentation
  • You have a high quality bar but can embrace MVP mindset when needed
  • You have an owner mentality and love experimenting/disrupting things
  • You love learning and finding ways to improve yourself

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the founders to building products across our stack (using React, Node, Serverless and more)
  • Writing backend code that integrates with a wide variety of community software that is used by our customers
  • Collaborating directly with our founders and customers to ship stable, maintainable code while iterating as fast as possible
  • Architecting and scoping high-level systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Worked at (or founded) an early-stage startup previously
  • Experience with building APIs on the serverless framework
  • An eye for visual design (or past experience in product design, Figma, etc)
