Full Stack Engineer

Summary

The job is for a Full-Stack Developer at Trunk Tools, a construction automation startup founded by serial entrepreneurs with experience in the construction industry. The role involves developing and enhancing product features, scaling systems, ensuring reliability, participating in strategic discussions, collaborating cross-functionally, and contributing to product strategy. The candidate should have 3-5 years of work experience in full-stack development, proficiency in TypeScript, experience in backend and frontend development, data schema modeling, comfort with relational and non-relational databases, excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, solution-oriented mindset, and high-level programming skills. The salary range is $100,000 - $170,000/year + equity. Requirements

• 3-5 years of work experience in full-stack development
• Proficient in TypeScript
• Experience in Backend development (Node + Express)
• Experience in Frontend development (React)
• Experience in data schema modeling
• Comfortable with relational and non-relational databases
• Previous experience shipping products to users
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to work in a team
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Solution-oriented and high-level programming skills
