Summary

Join ConnectWise as a Full Stack Engineer II and contribute to the development and implementation of front-end and back-end code for our software applications. Partner with engineering teams to design and enhance applications, ensuring optimal outcomes for our partners. This role requires strong coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and collaboration with team members. You will research, analyze, and document findings, build reusable and reliable code, and identify and resolve coding issues. The position offers a hybrid or remote work option depending on location and requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience along with 2+ years of relevant experience. Requirements

  • Ability to work independently on projects and processes with close supervision
  • Broad theoretical knowledge of applicable work area
  • Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirements
  • Organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of .Net framework 4.7+ and .Net Core 3.1, .NET Core, NET 5+, C#
  • Cloud-Native Development (Azure or AWS)
  • Understanding of microservices applications
  • Basic knowledge Git, jQuery, and Bootstrap 3
  • Knowledge in C# and ASP.net MVC, HTML, Javascript and Angular
  • Basic understanding of SQL Server
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Engineering teams, with a high attention to detail
  • Research, analyze, and document findings
  • Design, build, and maintain reusable and reliable code, aligned with industry best practices
  • Identify bugs and devise solutions to resolve coding issues
  • Assist in development and maintenance of processes, while completing development and support tasks
  • Demonstrate growth in cloud technologies and developing a mindset for scalability
  • Take ownership when appropriate, and contribute meaningfully to our high-impact team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of Infrastructure-as-code and NGRX
  • Experience in cloud-based CI/CD (CircleCI, GOCD, and Gitlab pipelines)
