Summary

As a Full Stack JavaScript Developer, you will play a key role in setting development standards, mentoring others, and contributing to high-impact projects. The position requires strong MERN stack experience and a passion for building maintainable, object-oriented applications. You will build and maintain applications, design user interfaces, develop backend services, collaborate in Agile teams, and contribute to all phases of the SDLC. The role also involves using Git, resolving application issues, documenting and testing software, and mentoring junior developers.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of full stack development experience
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and Docker
  • Experience with MongoDB, SQL Server, or MySQL
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
  • Design clean, professional user interfaces with HTML/CSS
  • Develop backend services with Node.js and Express
  • Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to all phases of the SDLC
  • Use Git-based platforms (GitHub, Bitbucket) for source control
  • Research and resolve application issues and improve business processes
  • Document and test software thoroughly
  • Mentor junior developers and share best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with financial transaction processing is a plus
