Fullstack Developer

Summary

Join our multinational team as a Fullstack Developer and contribute to the development of high-quality software solutions. This role requires strong proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies, including Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, React, and Python. You will collaborate with internal and external teams, tackle technical challenges, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development, ideally with exposure to the fintech industry. This is a 100% remote, full-time position based in LATAM, requiring native Spanish and advanced English fluency. Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in full-stack development, ideally with some exposure to the fintech industry
• Java: Strong proficiency in Java with experience using Spring Boot and Hibernate
• React : Proven experience building modern front-end applications with React
• Databases: Experience with SQL databases
• API Design: Understanding of RESTful API principles
• Python: Proficient in Python, including data structures (lists, dictionaries), control flow, functions, object-oriented programming, and data manipulation using dataframes with libraries like Pandas
• Python: work on Predictive Analytics and AI ML (must)
• B2+ or Advanced English proficiency
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing start-up environment

Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Take ownership of feature development across the entire stack using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and React
• Collaboration: Partner with a small, highly skilled team of offshore developers, providing guidance and ensuring top-notch code quality
• Problem Solving: Tackle technical challenges head-on and find innovative solutions
• Communication: Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members

Preferred Qualifications

• AI/ML: Familiarity with machine learning concepts and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) or experience integrating AI capabilities
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms, testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito), and CI/CD pipelines
