Fullstack Developer

Summary

Join Encora as a Fullstack Developer Node.JS / React and be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead technical projects, mentor junior engineers, and improve software development practices. This remote position is located in Peru, Colombia, Bolivia, or Costa Rica. The role requires building and maintaining scalable front-end and back-end applications, working closely with other developers, and writing clean, maintainable code. Encora is a global company offering various software and digital engineering solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications
• Professional/ Advanced English skills
• +5 years of experience
• Node.JS / React full stack profile with knowledge on API integrations
• Good communication skills and proactiveness are required as part of the profile

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable front-end interfaces using React and robust back-end APIs with Node.js to deliver high-performance web solutions
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to gather requirements, create technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration between the front-end and back-end
• Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on best practices, testing, and optimization for both the front-end and back-end

Preferred Qualifications

• Optional knowledge on Ruby on Rails will be a plus
• AWS Services: EKS, Dynamo, Lambda, SNS, SQS
