Full-Stack Developer

Summary

Join Workleap, a company building employee experience software, as a full-stack developer. You will be involved in all stages of product development, from solution discussions and technical decisions to shipping features and ensuring user experience quality. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary squad in a fast-paced, asynchronous environment. The team is focused on replacing an existing application with a new platform, requiring a solid understanding of legacy systems and making smart technical decisions. A typical week involves minimal meetings, allowing for focused coding and thinking. You will have the opportunity to shape the team's culture and ways of working from the ground up.

Requirements

• Significant experience in fullstack development, ideally in a product-oriented environment
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET for backend development, and solid knowledge of React (TypeScript) for the frontend
• Comfortable working with NoSQL databases like MongoDB
• Experience with Azure cloud and tools like Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
• You’re comfortable with ambiguity: you ask questions, make proposals, and don’t wait for everything to be perfectly defined to move forward
• You’re autonomous, curious, and able to prioritize your time wisely in an asynchronous work environment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and sustainable software solutions that align with business and technical goals
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver valuable features from conception to production
• Take full ownership of the systems and features you build, ensuring their reliability and performance throughout their lifecycle
• Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions to uphold high quality standards and support continuous improvement
• Proactively suggest improvements, identify potential issues early, and influence team decisions without waiting for direction
