Fullstack Engineer

Summary

Join our team as a Fullstack Engineer - Ads Measurement Core and help us build the next generation of lift study/experimentation products to help advertisers understand the impact of their ad spend on Reddit. As a member of our Ads Measurement Core team, you will develop and maintain advertiser-facing products, contribute to the development of our backend systems, collaborate with cross-functional partners, take ownership of your work, and continuously learn and grow with our team.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, computer science)
• 1+ years of full-time fullstack software engineering experience in a highly scalable computing environment
• Experience in full-stack development, with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies that you lacked prior experience with
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advertiser-facing products, such as our self-serve Conversion Lift, Brand Lift, and A/B testing products
• Contribute to the development of our backend systems, supporting critical functions such as managing experiments and automating analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our stakeholders' needs
• Take ownership of your work, from concept to delivery, and ensure that your solutions are scalable, reliable, and meet the highest standards of quality and performance
• Continuously learn and grow with our team, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the ads or experimentation space, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in these areas
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git
