Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Developer

Summary

Join our team as our 12th full-time employee and become a key member in building and improving our Dradis Framework, a tool used by thousands of ethical hackers globally. This is a remote, full-time position offering flexible hours and a great salary. You will be responsible for building features, designing solutions, making architecture decisions, and improving our existing products and internal systems. We are a small, self-funded, and profitable company with a 14-year history. We offer a collaborative environment where you can learn and grow alongside a global team. Requirements

• Be a solid Rubyist with adequate experience
• Be comfortable in a 100% distributed team
• Be self-driven
• Include the name of your favorite TV series as part of your application

Responsibilities

• Build features that improve the experience for our users, and help them get the results they need
• Design solutions and propose ideas
• Make architecture decisions
• Detect opportunities to enhance and improve our stack
• Extend the coverage of our API layer
• Improve our existing products and internal systems
• Prioritize and decide what features we should tackle next

Preferred Qualifications

• Have held a remote position before, or have held a similar position of responsibility in a traditional organization but now are looking to improve your work-life balance
• Have a knack for design / UX
• Have a background in Information Security
