Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a functional consulting role, ideally within the fintech industry
• Proven experience with enterprise software implementation projects (e.g., ERP, CRM, or other business applications)
• Strong understanding of business processes with the ability to analyze and document complex requirements
• Excellent project management, communication, and client-facing skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Sharp analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze customer business requirements to create functional specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, configure, and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure successful solution implementation
• Assist in testing and quality assurance to confirm solutions are error-free and meet client expectations
• Provide ongoing customer support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as required
• Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain expertise in the domain
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to manage expectations and meet project milestones
• Document processes, configurations, and customizations for internal and client reference
• Participate in pre-sales activities such as solution presentations and proposal development
