Join Datacom's expanding Dynamics 365 CE team as a Functional Lead and spearhead the implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions for high-profile clients. Leverage your hands-on experience to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in pre-sales activities, and serve as a subject matter expert. Lead implementation, conduct business analysis, design solutions, facilitate client workshops, and manage and mentor team members. Provide post-implementation support to ensure client satisfaction and system optimization. Requirements

• The successful candidate for this role will be seen as an expert in their field and will have demonstrated experience and success in a similar, client facing role
• You’ll have plenty of experience leading the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CE systems and have an understanding of Sales, Service and Marketing principals
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platforms is essential

Preferred Qualifications

• You may also have experience with presales and shaping projects
• You enjoy being hands on and aren’t afraid to get stuck in there to train your customers or mentor junior team members
