Functional Lead

Summary

Join our team as a Senior Procurement Functional Lead and leverage your 10+ years of Oracle Cloud experience. Lead cross-functional discussions with clients, analyze requirements, and propose optimal solutions using industry best practices. Document gap analyses against standard Oracle functional flows and develop solutions using both standard and customized approaches. Design, document, configure, test, and train end-users on the final solution throughout the implementation lifecycle, including post-launch support. This role requires proven experience leading at least three full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations. The position is primarily remote, with up to 30% nationwide travel required for key project milestones.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a consulting environment or related industry experience working directly with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications
• 5+ years’ experience with business processes around and in implementing the following Oracle Cloud modules: Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, Supplier Portal, Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Procurement Contracts and Inventory
• Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud lead on at least 3 full life cycle implementations
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, with a can-do approach
• Work independently and manage multiple task assignments in a fast-paced environment
• This is mostly REMOTE, and the ability to travel nationwide up to 30% to client site for critical milestones ( introduction, design, testing, go live) is required

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional discussions at various levels with client business users to analyze requirements, brainstorm, and articulate solutions and recommend industry best practices to stakeholders
• Document a gap analysis against standard Oracle functional flows and provide a solution using both standard and customized solutions
• Design, document, configure, test, demonstrate and train the end users in the final solution throughout the implementation life cycle, including hyper-care support at go-live

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Certification in the Procurement module would be an added advantage
• Experience in Oracle Cloud OTBI, BI Publisher, and other Reporting tools is a plus
