Summary
Join Operation Mobilization as a Fundraising Operations Specialist and become a CRM super user supporting fundraising teams. You will provide data-driven insights to improve decision-making. This role involves prospect management, data hygiene and analysis, and creating reports and dashboards. You will collaborate with other departments and provide operational guidance to interns. Team participation in prayer, fellowship, training, and task forces is expected. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and an expert in data visualization tools.
Requirements

- Proven experience using CRM, EMR, E.H.R., ERP, etc
- Expert-level user of data visualization tools including Microsoft Suite, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Must be able to work with a high level of discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
Responsibilities
- Mine database, qualify prospects, & aid in building strategies relating to the donor journey
- Create, optimize, and review team portfolios
- Monitor research needs and costs associated with donor research& coordinate any vendor communications when necessary
- Integrate transitions from unmanaged to managed donors, with thought to updates for an integrated direct response process
- Provide feedback to Fundraising Teams regarding process improvements as needed for donor response time
- Cross-collaborate with other departments as needed
- Support existing CRM systems
- Positively influence the integrity & efficiency of processes, procedures, & systems within the team
- Responsible for generating dashboards & reports as necessary
- Evaluate efficiency & impact of teams using metrics such as average gift size, retention, number of six-figure gifts, revenue forecasting, etc. to determine each individual fundraiser's impact
- At times, you may be asked to provide operational guidance to interns working within the fundraising teams
- Participate in team life activities of OM, including: Team events that focus on prayer, fellowship, training and development
- Participate in team life activities of OM, including: Task Forces or Working Groups that facilitate cross-department collaboration
- Participate in team life activities of OM, including: Modeling the culture of OM USA
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree such as marketing, business administration, commerce, or business statistics
- Professional experience working with a sales or fundraising team
- Hands-on experience with daily accountabilities within in a CRM such as Raiserβs Edge, Virtuous, Salesforce, etc
