As a key team member, you will partner with executives to conceptualize and execute comprehensive programs aligned with Noah Medical's strategic objectives. Your primary objectives are clear: increase adoption of our technology among healthcare sites and physicians while facilitating patient referrals into our ALL IN Accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, project management, or customer success, ideally in the medical device industry
  • Prior experience managing customer relationships to drive successful customer outcomes and acting as a customer advocate within an organization
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external project teams and management

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executives to conceptualize and execute comprehensive programs aligned with Noah Medical's strategic objectives
  • Customize programs in collaboration with Key Account Directors to address the specific needs of individual hospitals
  • Cultivate strong relationships with hospital executives to gain insights into their priorities and challenges
  • Ensure alignment between program objectives and hospital strategies
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, integrating program initiatives into overarching business strategies
  • Oversee the end-to-end project management of programs, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful program implementation
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of programs
  • Generate regular reports for senior management, providing insights for continuous improvement
  • Conduct ongoing evaluations of program effectiveness, soliciting feedback from stakeholders to drive enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with the Training team to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for hospital staff
  • Provide ongoing support to address inquiries and challenges during program implementation
