Summary
Join Noah Medical's Galaxy Program Team as a Galaxy Program Manager and contribute to the company's growth and success. As a key team member, you will partner with executives to conceptualize and execute comprehensive programs aligned with Noah Medical's strategic objectives. Your primary objectives are clear: increase adoption of our technology among healthcare sites and physicians while facilitating patient referrals into our ALL IN Accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, project management, or customer success, ideally in the medical device industry
- Prior experience managing customer relationships to drive successful customer outcomes and acting as a customer advocate within an organization
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external project teams and management
Responsibilities
- Partner with executives to conceptualize and execute comprehensive programs aligned with Noah Medical's strategic objectives
- Customize programs in collaboration with Key Account Directors to address the specific needs of individual hospitals
- Cultivate strong relationships with hospital executives to gain insights into their priorities and challenges
- Ensure alignment between program objectives and hospital strategies
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, integrating program initiatives into overarching business strategies
- Oversee the end-to-end project management of programs, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful program implementation
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of programs
- Generate regular reports for senior management, providing insights for continuous improvement
- Conduct ongoing evaluations of program effectiveness, soliciting feedback from stakeholders to drive enhancements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with the Training team to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for hospital staff
- Provide ongoing support to address inquiries and challenges during program implementation
