Summary

Join CrazyGames.com, a leading browser game platform, as a Game Developer to contribute to our expanding publishing efforts. You will play a key role in bringing high-quality games to mobile and other platforms by porting, updating, and enhancing games. Responsibilities include integrating key systems like analytics, ads, and SDKs. You will collaborate with internal and external teams, ensuring timely releases and high-quality results. This is a remote, full-time position based in Turkey offering flexible working hours and opportunities for team bonding.

Requirements

• Have 3+ years of professional game development experience
• Have hands-on experience in cross-platform game development, especially with Unity (iOS, Android, WebGL) and Phaser (HTML5)
• Understand how to port games between web and mobile with performance and user experience in mind
• Are comfortable integrating SDKs for ads, analytics, multiplayer, or platform features
• Use version control systems (e.g., Git) effectively in team environments
• Can debug and optimize across a wide range of devices and browsers
• Enjoy working with both internal and external teams and solving real-world production issues
• Are pragmatic, detail-oriented, and focused on getting high-quality results delivered fast

Responsibilities

• Port a promising HTML5 game to Android/iOS using Unity or Capacitor
• Add monetization and analytics SDKs (e.g., AdMob, Unity Ads, Firebase) to a new release
• Troubleshoot a mobile build issue for a partner studio and suggest improvements
• Optimize game performance across devices and browsers
• Collaborate with the Publishing Manager on timelines and upcoming releases
• Maintain and version your work using Git and document processes for repeatability
