Game Developer

Summary

Join CrazyGames Studio as a founding game developer and become the right hand of our Studio Lead. We are looking for a hands-on game creator with strong engineering skills and the ability to bring a game to life through compelling game mechanics. You will turn ideas into playable, fun experiences quickly. Within 1 month, you will take ownership of an existing prototype and build it into something testable in production. Within 3 months, you will make significant contributions to the game's direction. Within 6 months, one of your games will have good enough metrics to focus on fully. Within 12 months, one of your games will reach the top 10 most played games on CrazyGames.

Requirements

• You’ve built a game
• You know C# and Unity well
• You know basic 2D/3D art pipelines to block out or test gameplay ideas
• You communicate well

Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging, responsive game mechanics and systems
• Build rapid prototypes to test gameplay ideas and refine core loops
• Develop tools and components in Unity (or equivalent) to support smooth iteration
• Integrate placeholder or production-ready art to communicate gameplay clearly
• Balance gameplay, tweak variables, and adjust content to ensure fun and replayability
• Collaborate with other developers and artists to bring mechanics and visuals together
• Ensure performance and technical reliability

Preferred Qualifications

Familiar with version control, performance optimisation, and simple UI/UX design
