Summary
Join GRID as a Customer Success Manager and become the primary liaison between our company and game developer partners. You will foster strong relationships, manage integrations, and drive mutual growth. This role requires strong data understanding, a desire for improvement, and a passion for partnerships. You will work closely with internal and external teams, identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

- Have the ability to manage complex work streams while maintaining strict attention to details
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for game developer partners, fostering strong, collaborative relationships to drive mutual growth and success
- Be accountable for creating and delivering a disciplined integration strategy, process and execution plan
- Manage short and long-term (multi-month) integrations. Setting timelines, keeping all stakeholders up to date, and independently driving the process forward
- Record partner’s projects and keep the team up to date on the status by documenting the process of integration
- Work closely with the commercial team to rationalise and break down pending opportunities
- Be part of the early conversations with the potential client/partner to lend your expertise to help promote the sale of services from GRID
- Ideate and identify new business opportunities to diversify the offerings across multiple channels
- Your role as CSM will include close external interaction with game developers and internal interaction with product development, commercial and marketing teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Have strong experience in the gaming, esports and related industries or in a high-growth Tech startup or Strategy Consulting
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively
- Have a demonstrated ability to identify issues proactively and develop effective solutions
- Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in a field related to technology or business studies
