Summary

Join Rush Street Interactive, a leader in online casino and sports betting, as a Game Integrity Analyst. You will play a key role in maintaining the fairness and security of poker gameplay by identifying and addressing suspicious activity. Responsibilities include analyzing player behavior, investigating reports, enforcing integrity policies, and providing data insights to support Poker Marketing and Operations. You will collaborate on game integrity tool development and assist team members. The ideal candidate possesses significant online poker expertise, data analysis skills, and understanding of poker game integrity. A minimum of one year of industry experience is required. Requirements

  • Significant online poker expertise
  • Understanding of data analysis
  • Understanding of poker game integrity, and/or risk and fraud analysis
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is a must (particularly Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be fluent in English
  • A minimum of 1 + year’s experience in the industry

Responsibilities

  • Analyze player activity and gameplay data to identify suspicious patterns, including bot usage, collusion, and financial irregularities
  • Monitor, report and resolve all game integrity issues such as bot detection, collusion, chip dumping, multiple accounts, account sharing, and using real time assistance
  • Investigate suspicious player behavior, either reported by players or flagged internally, and take appropriate action
  • Provide data insights to the Poker Marketing and Operations team for campaign design, setup, execution, analysis and optimization of marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with the support and marketing teams to deliver timely responses to player inquiries about game integrity related issues
  • Collaborate with the Game Integrity & Data Analytics Manager to develop and refine tools for monitoring and maintaining game integrity
  • Assist the Game Integrity & Data Analytics Manager, Director of Poker Operations, or other poker team members with various tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • A history of serious play is preferred
  • A passion for poker and creating great user experiences
  • A higher education degree in a STEM field is preferred
