Summary

Join our Gameplay team as a collaborative and curious Engineer working in Unreal 5! You will collaborate with other game developers to improve development workflows and create engaging player experiences. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of cross-discipline collaboration, is comfortable working with others' code, and demonstrates empathy for players. Experience with C++, Unreal Engine, and game-as-a-service is essential. Requirements

  • Have a track record of cross-discipline collaboration
  • Have a high level of comfort in other peopleโ€™s code
  • Demonstrate empathy for players and how implementation decisions will affect their experience
  • Have experience with C++, Unreal Engine, and running a game as a service

Responsibilities

  • Work in Unreal 5 collaborating closely with other game developers from many disciplines in order to clear obstacles in the development workflows
  • Help us traverse the path to experiences that keep players having fun for thousands of hours in SUPERVIVE
  • Understand how games work, enabling designers and artists to realize their visions
  • Always act on behalf of the player
