Gaming Recruiter

Summary

Join our team as a Gaming Recruiter and help us build the best AAA Open World RPG Web3 game & launch more projects through the biggest p2e incubator. We're looking for an experienced recruiter to source and recruit qualified candidates for open roles at our game development studios.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Accustomed to documenting your work daily in an ATS
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to deal effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels
• Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions

Responsibilities

• Fill open positions in Game Development teams including Engineering, Game Design, Art, Animation, Production and others as needed
• Participate in all recruiting events including job fairs, virtual-recruiting job fair, open houses, and public speaking events
• Proactively research and be aware of current industry events, trends, and how to use that intel to our advantage
• Candidate sourcing, and aggressively looking for creative ways to find the talent we need
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry colleagues, agencies, and other sources of high-quality candidates

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as an in-house recruiter in video game development/or creative studio environment ( games, animation, VFX)
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with swiftly changing priorities

• $1,000 - $2,200 a month
