Senior Data Partnerships Manager

Summary

Join Incode as the Senior Partnerships Manager to lead third-party vendor assessment and procurement strategies for data verification services, including eKYC non-document verification and Know Your Business (KYB) initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic and operational expertise to build impactful partnerships. You will oversee vendor selection, negotiate contracts, and proactively discover strategies to reduce procurement expenses. Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or related fields
• Deep understanding of eKYC non-doc verification, KYB, AML markets
• Proven track record of establishing high-impact vendor partnerships
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the process to select key vendors, developing and executing strategies for competitive and equitable vendor selection
• Negotiate contracts and establish long-term partnerships with key vendors that align with business objectives
• Proactively discover and execute strategies to reduce procurement expenses and optimize sourcing
• Partner with departments such as product, strategy, sales, finance, operations, and legal to ensure procurement strategies align with business goals and lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives
• Develop and implement a vendor management framework to ensure compliance, performance, and alignment with Incode’s goals
• Monitor vendor performance and recommend optimizations to enhance efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering innovation, value, and strategic partnerships
