Summary

Join our next-generation Blockchain Metaverse Studio as a Gaming Recruiter! We're a leading launchpad for P2E & NFT projects and are building a AAA Open World RPG Web3 game. This remote position requires an experienced recruiter fluent in tech, gaming, and blockchain to source and recruit qualified candidates for our game development studios. You will partner with hiring managers, create job descriptions, manage the candidate pipeline, conduct interviews, and extend offers. We are a fast-growing company that values teamwork and collaboration. Payment is in cryptocurrency (USDC).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Accustomed to documenting your work daily in an ATS
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to deal effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels
• Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for open roles at game development studios
• Fill open positions in Game Development teams (Engineering, Game Design, Art, Animation, Production, etc.)
• Partner with hiring managers to drive the candidate hiring process forward
• Create new job descriptions
• Source and build your own candidate pipeline
• Manage candidate testing
• Interview potential candidates
• Evaluate candidates' potential fit for hire
• Organize interview schedules
• Close offers
• Participate in recruiting events (job fairs, virtual recruiting, open houses, public speaking)
• Proactively research current industry events and trends
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry colleagues and agencies

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as an in-house recruiter in video game development/or creative studio environment (games, animation, VFX)
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with swiftly changing priorities
• Excellent organizational skills & multitasking abilities
• Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
• APAC region

• $1,000 - $2,200 a month
