Gen Ai Architect

Summary

Join Encora as a Generative Artificial Intelligence Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring successful development and deployment of Generative AI systems. Leverage your expertise in large-scale AI architectures, cloud platforms, and Generative AI technologies. This role requires proven technical leadership and mentorship skills. You will work with senior stakeholders and contribute to the development of comprehensive documentation. The position is full-time and remote.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a related field
• Proven technical leadership skills with the ability to drive technical initiatives and mentor team members
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles and cloud computing platforms/tools
• Experience working with senior stakeholders at the Sr. Director level and above
• Proven expertise in architecting and implementing Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), particularly Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• Extensive experience evaluating and improving Generative AI systems powered by Large Language Models
• Demonstrated success in designing and building cloud-based Generative AI applications in AWS and Azure

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and robust Generative AI architectures that meet performance, reliability, and security requirements
• Collaborate with other architects and engineers to integrate Generative AI systems into the overall technology stack
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms for Generative AI development
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to guide technology decisions
• Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, and both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI, data, and development teams
• Foster knowledge sharing, training, and continuous learning initiatives
• Develop comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, frameworks, and methodologies
• Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Azure certifications (AI/ML, Data, Cloud) are a significant plus
