General Intern

Summary

Join the Democratic National Committee (DNC) Spring 2025 Internship Program for a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Democratic politics. The program runs from January 13th to March 21st, 2025, in a hybrid format, with in-person work available in Washington, D.C. Interns will participate in department-specific work, grassroots organizing, and receive personal development training. Requirements

• Be 18 years of age on or before the first day of the internship
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at a college, community college, or university (two-to-four year institution)
• Graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program at a college, community college, or university (two-to-four year institution) no more than two years before the first day of the internship
• Be a veteran of the United States Armed Forces who possesses a high school diploma or its equivalent and has served on active duty, for any length of time, in the two years preceding the first day of the internship
• Commitment of 20 hours per week during the program
• Physically present in the United States to participate in this internship program
• Submit a resume

Responsibilities

• Perform department-specific duties
• Attend mandatory onboarding/offboarding sessions
• Perform other duties as assigned
