Requirements

Responsibilities

Customer Support: providing support via live chat to resolve customer queries and issues promptly and in a professional manner

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in phone outreach in the German market
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent grammar
  • Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a plus

Benefits

  • Compensation: Type: Hourly, Remuneration: $10-$12 Hourly
  • Ideally you are available between CET time zones.. The work is steady, the hours are flexible, and leaves room for advancement into more senior training roles and project management roles on the Invisible team as the project expands
